Please arrive 5 minutes before class. We cannot delay the start of class but your place is guaranteed if you have booked.

Changing room toilets are available. Avoid eating too much in the 2 hours before the class.

Pilates is practiced in sportswear and socks. No towel needed. Please remove your jewelry and tie your hair up, for your comfort and safety.

You can pay online by credit card, and on site in cash. We provide an invoice on request. The courses are valid for 6 months to one year, which can be extended in the event of illness. The total period of validity, including the extension, could not exceed 12 months. It is possible to buy a Gift Voucher to introduce Pilates to your loved ones. We do not refund the courses. We can transform them into other types of courses (e.g. private courses transformed into mat courses) or transfer them to a person of your choice provided that the courses are used before the expiration date.

Each class can be booked one week in advance on the website or on the Bsport app.

The number of places is limited – 8 in mat classes, and 4 in apparatus classes. We therefore advise you to book your classes a week in advance.

Reservations can be made by telephone or on site depending on the availability of the teachers and outside of group lesson times.

You can also book a regular slot with your teacher, depending on their availability.

If you are taking a two-person course, we recommend taking the course with someone of your level.

To allow us to manage our schedule and waiting lists, please cancel 24 hours in advance, otherwise the class will be due/deducted from your book. You can cancel online (via the Bsport booking site)

When a customer buys for a minimum of 120€ with the sponsorship link that you have sent him, we offer you 15€ in gift voucher on the services. In addition, an 8% reduction will be offered to the sponsored customer
